This website is operated by Attorney Selin Önem Konur – Likya Legal Consultancy to provide general legal information and to explain the office’s practice areas and contact channels. Articles, frequently asked questions, legislative summaries, notices, images and other materials are provided for information only.
The content has not been prepared after reviewing every aspect of a specific matter. It therefore does not constitute individual legal advice, a legal opinion, representation or a guarantee of outcome. The applicable result may change according to the date of the event, the parties, evidence, contracts, competent authority, procedural rules and current Turkish legislation.
No Attorney–Client Relationship
Visiting the website, reading an article, completing a contact form, making a telephone call or sending an email or message does not by itself create an attorney–client relationship. Such a relationship begins only after a conflict check, acceptance of the engagement, determination of its scope and completion of the required agreement or appointment.
Do not take legal action solely on the basis of website content. Court, objection, appeal, application, limitation and forfeiture periods may be short and should be checked without delay.
