Professional Confidentiality
Where an attorney–client relationship is established, information is protected under the Turkish Attorneyship Law and professional secrecy rules. Sending an initial website message does not by itself create that relationship. Information may be reviewed in a limited manner for conflict and acceptance checks.
Sharing and External Services
Personal information is not sold. It may be shared, only where necessary, with courts and competent authorities, experts and translators involved in the legal matter, and hosting, email, security, backup, accounting, payment or technical-service providers.
The website may redirect users to an external payment page. Card information is then processed in the provider’s environment. WhatsApp, social media, maps and other external platforms may also process information independently.

Restricted access, updates, secure connections, backups, passwords and authorisation controls are used. Internet transmission cannot be guaranteed to be absolutely secure. Information is retained for the purpose and legal period and is then deleted, destroyed or access-restricted.

The website is not directed to children. A parent, guardian or authorised representative should contact the office where a matter concerns a child. Third-party websites are responsible for their own privacy practices. This policy may be updated following legal, technical or operational changes.
