Do not send full identity documents, medical or criminal files, bank or card details, biometric data or unnecessary third-party data through the form.

- Establishing, exercising or protecting legal rights
Legal Basis and Collection
Data is collected automatically when the form is completed and submitted. Processing may rely on pre-contractual steps requested by you, establishment or protection of a right, legal obligations and legitimate interests that do not prejudice fundamental rights.
Use of the form is not conditional on general marketing consent. A newsletter or commercial communication requires a separate optional choice where applicable.
Recipients, Transfers and Retention
Data may be shared, only where necessary, with authorised staff, hosting, email, security and technical providers and, where legally required, public authorities and courts. If communication moves to WhatsApp or another external platform, that provider’s terms may also apply. Any international transfer is handled under Article 9 of the KVKK.
Form records are retained for the time necessary to respond, conduct a conflict check and manage potential legal claims. If an engagement is established, the information becomes part of the relevant file.
